Precision Measurement Process

Complex geometries—including threads, tapers, and chamfers—are digitized using calipers, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) 3D scanners, and profile measuring instruments. Material verification is conducted through PMI (Positive Material Identification) to analyze alloy composition and heat-treatment conditions, enabling selection of materials compliant with API 20E specifications.

Drawing Creation and Supply: 2D/3D drawings are completed using CAD systems.

Stud bolts and special fasteners identical to the original components are manufactured and delivered.
