TURBINE CASING BOLTS

Historically, Korea had to import steam and gas turbine bolting increasing costs and incurring long lead times.
Turbine housings are in 2 parts and bolted together using highly engineered fasteners.
In many applications these require to accommodate elevated temperatures and high pressures.
Typical fasteners used are THRU STUDS, TAP STUDS, COUPLING SETS AND DOWEL PINS.
These are applied to various turbine models by manufacturers like GE, SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI etc.

COATINGS, PLATING AND PAINT

COATINGS, PLATING AND PAINT are provided as specified. These allow for surface protection in various industrial environments. These can be electroplating, chemical application of polymers, paints, Teflon and Xylan. The latter two are fluoro resins, spray applied like paints then heated to specified temperatures
and times and finally fired to provide an inert hard coating. Working with our associate companies, we are constantly improving and developing technology in the coatings arena.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

Customers sometimes do not or cannot provide drawings, particularly for old or obsolete components for replacement.
By utilizing digitized shape information via 3D, shape measuring instrumentation and hand held devices, drawings can be developed and components manufactured.

EMERGENCY SERVICE and OVERHAUL

Preventive maintenance frequently requires companies to respond to their customers planned (sometimes unplanned) downtime to get repairs and maintenance effected and back to normal operation. We provide those services on site to customers needs/timing and have the personnel, equipment and knowledge to get them back up and running.
